Driven by the lived experiences and aspirations of domestic workers, we employ five main strategies to transform the domestic work sector:

1. We organize domestic workers and develop leaders
2. We develop local, state, and federal policy solutions
3. We change the story to shift key narratives and cultural norms
4. We use technology to solve for equity and dignity and innovate new solutions
5. We empower women of color voters

Our national alliance is powered by 70+ grassroots affiliate organizations and chapters across the country and a growing online community of 200,000+ workers.

At NDWA, we bring our vision to life by building power that unites us rather than divides us – we wield that power to win change through our programs and campaigns.
